Installation Day
Crew arrives at 7 AM with all materials pre-staged. Tarps go down to protect landscaping. Old roof comes off, decking gets inspected and repaired as needed, and the new system goes on layer by layer. Most La Jolla homes finished in one day.
Warranty Activation
Three magnetic nail sweeps, during tear-off, after install, before we leave. Dump trailer hauled off. Job site clean. You approve the work and we register your manufacturer warranty on the spot.
